The Brother ADS-4900W Professional Desktop Scanner is an essential component of an optimized fleet for the way work now works providing easy integration with existing workflows, advanced security, and improved productivity for businesses and workgroups with higher scan volumes. Equipped with fast, two-sided scanning up to 60 ppm, it also quickly scans stacks of paper with various sizes via the 100-page capacity auto document feeder to help maximize efficiency and productivity. The 4.3 colour touchscreen display offers easy menu navigation and the ability to create up to 56 customizable shortcuts for one-touch scanning to multiple destinations and scan job preview. Offering Triple Layer Security features, it helps limit document and device access and protects against network intrusions. Wide driver support (TWAIN, WIA, ISIS, and SANE) makes this machine compatible with existing software applications and document management systems. For easy collaboration, it scans to a variety of cloud applications including Google Drive , Dropbox, and OneDrive, as well as email, SharePoint, SSH Server (SFTP), USB memory stick, and more. It's also equipped with a powerful bundled software suite to create, edit, and convert scanned documents into a wide variety of file formats including Searchable PDFs, Secure PDFs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Maximize output quality with integrated image optimization features, such as Auto Deskew, Auto Image Rotation, and Bleedthrough Removal. Featuring built-in dual-band wireless (2.4GHz / 5GHz) and Ethernet network interfaces, it's easy to set up and share on your wired or wireless network. Return Policy
You can return any Brother machine purchased on brother.ca within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s unopened, intact and has a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.* Contact us so that we can assess the best solution for you, either by providing you with a different machine, helping with the setup or issuing an RMA. Any shipping costs are at your expense. However, if we determine that the machine is defective—or if we’re otherwise responsible—we’ll be happy to arrange a pickup at our expense. Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll refund your credit card.
